I've been impressed with Deanna's ability to effectively navigate a variety of complex requirements across regions financials for the $7.8m federal grant (Innovative Approaches to Literacy) as well as monitoring compliance of Tulsa's state grant. Her project scoping and collaboration skills across multiple departments and stakeholders allowed her to effectively develop and submit a proposal with minimal lead time and enabling our organization to fund and positively impact literacy rates for children across the United States.
