If there was a variety of fruit made up of personality, passion and performance, it would have been created by Daena Bougoure-Latchford. Daena worked as Corporate Accounts Manager for Beauty Express, a division of SBH (Sally Beauty Holdings) in the UK for some 8 years. She left in May 2014 to return to her native Australia. She is missed. As Corporate Accounts Manager, Daena was responsible for major accounts and grew a strong portfolio of business representing some £1.7M business. Accounts included Benefit Cosmetics, Superdrug, Space NK, De Vere Hotels and Nails Inc. To her clients, she was the epitome of professionalism, innovative in her business solutions and always with an eye to the opportunity. Her execution of client projects captured the three golden rules of project management – delivering on time, to quoted cost and to an exacting standard of quality. To her colleagues, and to the Account Managers who reported to her, she was a supportive leader, directing well under pressure yet fair and firm with her decisions. But, it is those special ingredients of personality and passion that I must highlight. Daena’s passion for her work in infectious. She has a personality that works at every level – from the Boardroom to the Warehouse. She builds relationships that stand the test of time. I wouldn’t just recommend Daena Bougoure-Latchford to you.
