(International) projects: - Internationalisation & diversity: for these themes I act as a networker between departments in order to bring out possibilities for cooperation and quality assurance and development; - Aruba, Chile, Denmark, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Oman, Poland: Project leader for various teacher development and train-the-trainer programs and developing local educational support departments. Coaching, workshops & courses: - Responsible for the design, development and delivery of numerous courses and on demand workshops to professionalize the didactical skills of (teams of) lecturers; - Coaching individual lecturers and supporting lecturers in obtaining their University Teaching Qualification. Consultation At central level I consult the coordinators of the faculties on recent trends in educational development and the implementation on university level. Diversity coordinator In 2018 and 2019 I was the department diversity coordinator. In this role I organised a department wide training on Implicit Bias.
