  When the Onderwijs2032 project was finished (see below), I continued with Kuseema to work as Adviesvanger for other clients. Examples are: The Provinces Limburg and Noord-Brabant, the township of Tilburg, the federal youth service and the youth service of the province of Limburg. Next to that, as one of the first Adviesvangers I was responsible for the training of other peers to become an Adviesvanger. In that capacity I educated and trained the next generation of Adviesvangers. Kuseema is the company that founded the “Adviesvanger” concept for the Ministry of Education. Show less

  As Adviesvanger (Education innovator) for the Platform Onderwijs2032 I was trained on a professional level to stand in front of groups and collect information. I travelled across the Netherlands visiting schools to collect opinions and ideas of peers on how the educational system should be reshaped and modernised by the year 2032. I was honoured to be one of three Adviesvangers to present our report to the DM of Education, Culture and Sports, Sander Dekker, and the chairman of the project, Senator Prof. Dr. Paul Schnabel, at the ministry of Education, Culture and Sports in The Hague. I can proudly say I was the youngest of 20 Adviesvangers at the age of 14. Show less
