• High Purity Water Project - Created and edited nearly 300 Procedures, Manuals, Lockout Tagouts, Training Materials, and Forms for a new construction Pharmaceutical High Purity Water (HPW) System. Created Dashboard to manage document schedule and data. When this project started I knew nothing about HPW, but through a relentless commitment to Client Satisfaction, I learned whatever it took to get the job done and done right. As a result, my contract was extended at least four times, close to tripling the expected profit for my home company. • Federal Compliance Project - In collaboration with Subject Matter Experts recreated, revised, and decommissioned more than 900 Training Documents required in the manufacturing of Animal Pharmaceuticals. Created and maintained Client Dashboard providing on time Project Statistics. Project had zero deviations. In this project I was the “foot in the door”. My work efforts and commitment to excellence lead to a substantial number of additional project opportunities based on Client experience and satisfaction. • Element Migration Project - Created and executed processes to migrate over 5500 active training courses into Regulus Learning Management System. Ensured 100% course functionality. Project was completed with such efficiency that it was expanded to include archiving over 8000 previous revisions.
