While not as known in Australia, Mapfre is a multi-national insurance company. I got to taste both Spanish and British culture liaising with head offices in Madrid and London. • Managed 1.5 direct reports remotely, providing regular feedback Website Redesign - Liaised with web, UX and UI designers in Spain to completely overhaul the design and content of the website, focusing on improving revenue through conversions. - Ran extensive AB testing to optimise the website and increase conversion Brand Awareness - Sourced and managed an external PR team - Developed a more strategic social media plan which resulted in: adding 43k+ Facebook fans; increasing engagement rates by 200%+ (the highest in category within Australia); the lowest (Facebook) cost-per-like in Mapfre worldwide for travel insurance products - Increased Product Review rating from 2 stars to over 4 Communications - Developed original social content - Brought consistency to all messaging on a range of corporate touchpoints (including phones, emails, etc) - Grew the email database from 76k to over 90k, with a 20% average open rate - Targeted social and email messaging to increase sales Show less
