      Creation of a pipeline to systematically generate, simulate and refine point-neuron whole mouse brain models from biological data. This work is based on the work of Eroe et al. (2018) and implies: - Creation of a database for point neuron electrical parameters and link to cell types. - Building of a database for neural connections and their synaptic parameters. - Development of a software to generate point neuron brain models from biological data. - Simulation of point neuron networks on large scale computers. - Implementation of a set of measurements and consistency checks to estimate the error our assumptions produce. - Refinement of the model, based on the previous measurements, incorporating more data. Simplification of detailed neural circuits to point neuron networks. - Closed-loop experiments simulation on the Human Brain Project Neurorobotics platform, connecting the brain model with a virtual mouse body.
