I am currently working as a team member on a core banking system change project. As a Transformation Manager, I am passionae about improving the customer experience and ensuring continuous improvement. With my expertise in LEAN tools and digital transformation, I design solutions for the digitalization of sales/customer processes to enhance the customer experience. In my previous role as the leader of the Process Improvement Coordinator team at Fizetési Pont Company, I led a that revised all processes and created at least 300 process descriptions. My focus was on improving quality and productivity while maintaining a strong focus on the customer experience. One of my key achievements was improving the digital onboarding and contracting process, which reduced processing time and improved accuracy, resulting in a better customer experience, Additionally, my process improvement projects were related to the call center, where I led projects to improve the quality and productivity of the process. Whit my experience in LEAN principled and digital transformation, I was able to identify areas of improvement and design solutions that delivered tangible results. My approach is always customer centirc, and I prioritize the customer experience in every project I lead. As a member of InNow Interreg Project, I created a preformance measurements methodology in the Energy Sector. Around 200 companies participated in the research. Using my expertise in multi-criteria decision making, I developed a performance measurement system that allowed companies to assess their potential for growth and identify areas for improvement. My task included to understand their unique strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Using variety of data sources, including financial metrics, customer feedback and market analysis I developed a comprehensive performance measurement system that provided valuable insights into each company preformance, One of my key achievements during this project was developing a performance measurement system that identified opportunities for companies to increase their profitability and reduce their environmental impact. This system helped companies to make data-driven decisions that not only improved their financial performance but also contributed to the sustainability of the Energy sector as a whole. Show less
