FuturED is an international educational organisation born in Monaco and developed with passion in the United Kingdom, an online platform founded to contribute to the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. We endorse the UN Global Compact and the SME Climate Hub. The organisation promotes a world where Spanish and English speakers around the globe can access high-quality education anywhere. In April 2021, FuturED was launched. In only 12 months, FuturED has produced more than 80 online Courses and Masterclasses in English and Spanish in partnership with more than 40 universities, non-governmental organisations, governments and companies from 12 countries. In November 2021, FuturED participated in the United Nations Conference on Climate Change COP26 - Glasgow 2021 and represented the International University of Monaco. The International Gala "Education for Sustainability" is an annual charity event created to promote education, aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 4 "Quality Education" of the United Nations Agenda 2030. In our vision, Education for Sustainable Development means creating tools, facilitating resources, and designing strategies that address critical issues related to access to education, teaching methodologies, academic design and relevant learning outputs. Atr the gala we award the HIRMINA PRIZE, a humble and new initiative designed to recognise and provide support and visibility to projects whose main goal is to further education for sustainability. In 2023, twelve projects from eight countries were submitted to this first edition of the Hirmina Prize, and the finalists were Peace and Sport (Monaco) for their project promoting peace through football in Colombia, and Village Book Builders (United States) for their alphabetisation project in Peru.
