Cesc Mestres Domenech
During my time with Cèlia, she demonstrated me to be organized, focused and with great dedication to work and learn. She has a technical yet creative background learning not only engineering skills but also a variety of design skills and methodologies, specifically understanding the processes in research, ideation for creativity and industrial and business implementation. Also, Cèlia was one of my students in the Degree of Design Engineering Degree in ELISAVA (I was his Mentor of the Final Project Degree as a University Lecturer) where she validated her good knowledge on innovation design, business model, creativity, product engineering trough emerging technologies, materials sciences and 3D representation.

A bit about myself, I am the Senior Operations Manager for Treatment Planning and Diagnostics at Smile2Impress, responsible for more than 70 people directly and over 300 indirectly. We manage all centralized teams assisting and coordinating Impress Clinic Staff globally. In the time that we spent together, Cèlia excelled phenomenally and was very quickly promoted to a leadership position. She played an important role in the construction of the central operational teams, defining and improving processes which directly lead to the success of the team. These centralized teams were responsible for controlling and maintaining efficient CRM flows for all Impress clinics globally. Cèlia is extremely attentive to details and very hard working, she has a high sense of moral, integrity and is definitely considered a natural leader. She is constantly thinking outside the box, creatively finding solutions to issues before they become problems. Cèlia is very proactive and never gives up, no matter what the challenge! Her skillset goes far beyond Team Management, Cèlia´s desing engineering skills enable her to be a great all-rounder participating and managing many complex projects, also spearheading many of them.
