  I spearheaded a school-wide intervention program for kids in grades 2-5th grade. The goal of the program is for long-term success and a personalized approach. Children were met where they need to be and using Vygotsky and Piaget’s theories to close the achievement gap. The success rate was 98%.   KidZ Synergy, LLC is a small publishing house that publishes a variety of picture books, kids' workbooks, and parent workbooks. KidZ Synergy offer a personalized instructional curriculum for children in Preschool-5th grade. A workbook and activity to tailor to the child’s interests. In addition, we offer author visits to inspire the learner, teach the process of publishing, and engage in a fun activity after the reading. We also offer workshops to private and public schools on anything education and supporting the whole child at home.
