• Codes all expenses and invoices to proper expense line and project cost centre and posts them to the accounting system. Spearheaded the establishment of a cloud-based expense manager system in Salesforce. • Maintain general ledger, sub-ledgers, and trial balance; perform general ledger activity analysis and complete all account reconciliations. • Maintains accounting and contracts filing, and records which support allocation of expenses to various CCRW programs in line with project funding budgets. • Prepares weekly payment batches, prepares and prints cheques, processes electronic direct deposit files and accounts receivable invoices. • Processes banking transactions including deposits, reconciliations and electronic direct deposit file set up and processing. • Reconciles company credit cards and employee expense claims, verify transactions, authorizations, and compliance with policy, match to receipts. • Provides support in the preparation and documentation of Budgets, Financial Claims, Cash Flow Forecasts, tax filings, and any other project-related work assigned.
