I worked with Cyrille during 1 year 1/2 when we executed the Danone Pays de Bray project, doing the fusion of the 2 historical sites of Danone in Haute Normandie. Cyril was the architect of the change management approach we used to co-design the extension of the Ferrieres en Bray factory (65 ME of investment) with the factory employees. He managed over 30 participative groups, resulting in innovative lean designs and appropriation by the operators of their new environment. Cyrille has a great experience of advanced production systems, his disciplined approach combined with his adaptability and communication skills were key in the success of the project. For the first time, Danone signed a change protocol with all the unions and this was the renewal of the participative approach that the company had in its DNA but somehow forgotten. Cyrille is a great performance leader and expert of transforming industrial production systems. I have no doubt that he would also be an excellent operational leader. I would definately recommend him to any company needing a step change in industrial performance.
