  I design, lead and manage the social initiatives with a sense of possibility and community. We develop products and services using people-centered innovation, adapting to their context and needs. We currently have three programs: - Employability and Educational Linking Program - EVE: The objective is to inspire, link, and invite to take action through a training program between teachers and students of Technical Institutes and Center for Productive Technical Education (CETPRO) nationwide in Peru. 90% of the beneficiaries are from regions and public institutions. Our 2020 and 2021 versions are directly impacting more than 2000 teachers and 3000 students. In addition, the content of the EVE program is appropriate for any member of the community who is interested in the topics covered. - GO Optimist Generation: Intergenerational work program, especially among young people and older adults, which seeks to generate connection and development of soft and technical skills, through the development of experiential and intergenerational spaces. Our goal is to bridge generations and promote social investment in our present (valuing older people) and future (people are aging and there are more older adults). - I Accompany You: Program within the framework of COVID19, we provide psychological support to front-line leaders (teachers, police, health personnel, cleaning personnel, among others). Through 1-to-1 conversations (psychologists-users), strengthening of emotional capacities through workshops, community psychological support through psychological strengthening tools (emergency backpack, emotional vitamin audios - podcast, relaxation exercises), and psychological support in education. To date, we have had a positive direct impact on the well-being of nearly 2,000 people in Peru and Latin America. Show less

President Obama launched the YLAI Fellowship to build linkages between young leaders across the hemisphere.
