Cynthia is the best kind of leader - strategic, kind hearted, selfless and empowering. While I worked under her she not only helped me grow professionally (e.g., sharpening analytical skills, providing frameworks for my thinking, fine-tuning presentation skills) but also personally (e.g., instilling confidence and perspective). She trusted her team to do the work and offered endless support when needed. She looked for opportunities for each of us to shine and always gave credit to everyone around her.
