Atlantic Outreach Group is a nonprofit that has provided resources to vulnerable communities since 2010. Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Fresh Start program, that is designed to help individuals with mental health and substance use barriers transition to self-sufficient living.Other responsibilities are:Provide administrative oversight for program implementation.Design and implement compliance policy.Develop and structure program facilitation and materials for the “8 to Great “Empowerment program.Oversee, collect and distribute program data and outcomes to the Executive Director.Provide ongoing support and training to supervisees.Work to ensure that programs meet goals and objectives and create the desired outcomes regarding which programming will be offered and to adapt/enhance when necessary.This position is responsible for supervising up to three Group Facilitators.
