Current Job Responsibilities: - Quality Analyst , which involves 1) Leading a Team of Quality Analyst. 2) Performing Quality checks on United States and European Listed companies with respect to their Company Boards, Director Profiles, Financial, Corporate Governance and Remuneration. 3) Understanding the Company with respect to its Financial and Remuneration in the form of Shares/Options/Ltips. 4) Analysis of Data for finding out interesting Board Structures, Future Board Movements and unusual situation of the companies for the BoardEx Insight. 5) Ensuring the Quality of the product, with Sampling and Quality Checking to enforce the Quality Standards in day-to-day work and preparing the companies for DEMO purpose to the clients. 6) Played a key role in updating the Database and the Applications in use and developing a reporting system to quantify every aspect of the work to track the process flow Training and Setting Quality Standard Documents. 7) Overseeing the Quality of the Work Generated and Handling Query of the Research Team. 8)Checking the Front end for Bugs and Rectifying and Ensuring them for Nil Errors.
