I cannot say enough extraordinary things about Cynthia's work ethic, professionalism, and creativity. As a small organization, our all hands-on-deck approach could be frenetic at times, and Cynthia's good nature and thoughtful approach to problem-solving was greatly appreciated. Her skill set is extensive on many aspects of fundraising including but not limited to donor cultivation and stewardship, special events, and grant writing. She is a true gift to the fundraising world!

Cynthia was a fabulous student in my course on organizational theory and leadership. She leveraged her savvy and groundedness from her prior professional experiences to dig into the more abstract theoretical perspectives we worked through. She is articulate and engaging and is particularly effective in group settings where she has a talent for bringing out others' strengths. I have enjoyed watching her career trajectory ever since. Every organization with which she works seizes immediately on her value, and her responsibilities invariably broaden and deepen. She's a star.
