Ms. Scott provides clients with Strategic Communication counsel to deliver a compelling message to regional, national, and international audiences. She provides strategic thinking and program execution grounded in practical experience. She offers specialized expertise in video production and distribution, producing Public TV series, documentaries, PSAs, web series, commercials, and special programming. Ms. Scott enjoyed proven success with communication campaigns for the Air Force 50th Anniversary and the Centennial of Flight Commemorative Year. A follow-on to President Clinton’s Summit of the Americas, she directed communication strategy for the first-ever meeting of the Western Hemisphere Defense Ministers. She has consulted for the Centers For Disease Control’s Influenza Vaccination Campaign, the Defense Department’s "America Supports You" program, and inaugural events for the Women In Military Service To America (WIMSA) and their Women’s Memorial. Ms. Scott’s TV projects include "The Truth About Money with Ric Edelman", "Rescue in the Philippines", "Legends of Airpower", and "For the Love of Their Brother", broadcast on Public TV. She also directs video and communication projects for Veterans Affairs, Voice of America, Library of Congress, U.S. Army, and Army Corps of Engineers. Ms. Scott is recognized for outstanding video production with numerous Telly, Aurora, and Communicator awards. She won the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Silver Anvil Award, and Dallas Advertising League TOPS Gold award for Television PSAs. A retired US Air Force Reserve Lieutenant Colonel, Cynthia was mobilized immediately following the September 11th attacks. During her three-year mobilization in the Pentagon, she coordinated satellite TV interviews for key Pentagon officials and advanced national and international media events for the Secretary of Defense. In coordination with the White House Office of Communication, she launched a comprehensive Spanish language media outreach program. As the Pentagon’s Spanish language spokesperson she communicated all Defense issues in Spanish, and regularly appeared on news programs for Televisa in Mexico, RCN-TV in Colombia, TV Azteca America, Telemundo and Univision Show less
