      Talk to all customers who had issues that needed to be resolved, create their case and keep that case open and investigate what needs to happen to make and keep them happy. We kept up with our customer's until we resolved all their issues, for example, issuing credits, rebilling, setting up their pickups, etc. This was a great position, because no 2 days were ever the same, which kept it interesting and fun.       Answer the phones, talk with all our customer's. Take customer's orders and enter them into the Database, send the customer's their order acknowledgements. Arranged Freight companies to come in and pick up the finished goods. Printed all of the Bills of Lading for the shipping Department. Worked directly with the Sales Manager and make sure the orders were put into the correct work weeks so that the customer's got their orders on time, and also priced the customer's orders.       I worked with our Customers to place their orders, gathering all the information needed to pull an Order Acknowledgment together that included their pricing, when the order would be put into Production, their Specs and an estimated time of delivery. When the orders were completed, I would call around to various trucking companies and get the best rate to deliver the finished product. I saved the Company a lot of money by being an aggressive and calling around to a lot of trucking companies, getting the best pricing published to be good for one year. Answered phones, faxed order acknowledgments. We would pull together pricing for our customers and those prices were good for each quarter. I entered all orders into the database, priced the orders, placed them into production.
