Trained test administrators and supervise the administration of the American Medical Technologist exam and the GED.  Develop and administer online student satisfaction surveys. Analyze and report results for executive decision-making.  Develop and provide faculty development training in the effective use of instructional technologies and online learning resources. Conduct faculty classroom observations and performance appraisals. Interview and hire education department faculty and staff. Oversee semi-annual Program Advisory Committee meetings with local employers to obtain input on program curricula.
