Provide on-site contract management support, as well as customer care for the new Exclusive Commercial and Multifamily Solid Waste Franchise System in LA Sanitation. Responsibilities includes program development, implementation, and management. Also to ensure contractor is in compliance with the City's requirements for field operations, data reporting and data collection on tonnage collected and delivered to transfer stations, landfills and processing facilities. To inspect, investigate, audit and recommend preventative or corrective measures for contractor's compliance with the contract provisions and compliance with local and federal regulations. In charge of running water analysis on our wastewater that is treated on site and seeing if our water is within our LA County Sanitation Charge Permit. I also run daily titration on free acid level on our chemistry that we use on site. I also in charge of overseeing waste management such as in-house treating and scheduling to send out waste to approved outside Treatment, Storage, Disposal Facilities. I help my manager in environmental reporting such as Toxic Release Inventory, Stormwater Report, Annual Emission Reporting, Hazardous Waste Inventory, CRIS Reporting, and LA County Sanitation Wastewater Reporting. I also make sure all the chemicals that are being purchased and used is REACH compliance. I keep up with all the safety training for all the employees in the company and coordinate any type of training schedule when training is due. I also do safety inspection throughout the plant such as overseeing technician building High Pressure Test Stands.
