      My Caseload way Children with DD and MH diagnosis who are in the 16-21yr age group and in need of Transition plans with in the High Schools and placements. I advocate and become a go between for the Student / Parents ? Guardians and the School Systems. As well as doing the Intakes for the DD side of the agency and processing the paperwork needed and giving the SIB-R tests that help us decide who qualifies for services and what the major needs are so budgets can be set.
