I have had the pleasure of working with Cynthia on several occasions and have always found her to be completely professional and very effective. We worked together at Counter Terror Expo USA in 2012 and at the Border Security Expo in 2013. In the case of Counter Terror Expo, Cynthia and I worked to put together the program and find speakers. She was always capable, hardworking and very reliable. I enjoyed working with her then and I look forward to working with her again in the future.
