  Cynthia creates and organizes community events for both daily newspapers, both as branding opportunities and ways to take our newspaper talent into the public realm. She also creates education marketing projects and events, and manages the Newspaper In Education program for The Record and Herald News newspapers. This is a nationally-recognized program, having won awards for excllence from the Newspaper Assocation of America, the New Jersey Press Assocation, and the World Association of Newspapers. She organizes public appearances, panel discussions and workshops for teachers, parents, and the general public, and has also spoke to numerous organizations herself.
