The theme of the contest was identities and cultural diversity and the selected tales were published in the book “Stories for kids to kids” Achievements: - Positioned the AMIA Cultural and Arts Program as a quality one by systematizing and overseeing the existing ones and adding 15 new cultural offers, master conferences, developing cultural contents and webinars - Planned and implemented 3 online courses (Jewish Art and Jewish Film Directors) where adults from Argentina, Israel, Chile, Spain, Uruguay, Brazil, and Mexico enjoyed the classes - Enlarged in 100% the Culture Database, as well as the participants: from 300 to 600 including adults from 40-60 years old average. 450 participants weekly at the summer cultural programs - 200 Young Writers (8- 12 years old), representing 40 public and private schools from the City of Buenos Aires and the Great Buenos Aires Area, sent their stories in the frame of the First Children’s Literary Contest. The project has been promoting the value of preserving books, artifacts and archives that involve historical heritage, fostering the value of solidarity and developing a space for expression and communication through creativity, dialogue and participation. • Co-coordinated the Foundation’s volunteer team. • Member of the digitalization team of the Historical Collections and managed content for its future website and publishing rights. Achievements: • Recognition of projects submitted to the Cultural Promotion Regime (Patronage) implemented by the City of Buenos Aires. • Positioned IWO as one of the referral organizations for the rescue and protection (preservation, digitalization, and microfilming) of historical archives and books of the Jewish community in Argentina. • Partnerships projects with the Library of Congress: 2011 Photo Exhibition “The Jews and the Labor World¨; 2012 Event in Memory of the July 18 AMIA Attack including the presentation of over 500 works made by primary school students in connection with the project Little Authors, Big Ideas, 2013; public presentation of Moskovits Library and Archives (incorporated to IWO): Holocaust Survivors and Human Rights. • Managed and administered a Food Voucher program that relieved 20000 people experiencing poverty and new poverty through 21 welfare community centres in cities and towns across Argentina for four years.
