Assist in the development and approval of Deposit Policies and Procedures and assist with internal training. Immediate Supervision of the BSA, IRA/ Health Savings Administration and Deposit Compliance Regulations of REG CC, REG D, REG DD, and Financial Privacy. Also supervise Dormant accounts and the escheating process of said accounts to states. Immediate supervision of Deposit Quality Control and Legal Research departments of the Institution and all IOLTA accounts and state reporting. Member of Acquisition and Conversion team for the bank. I started at CharterBank in 1989 when it was Charter Federal Savings and Loan Association. I was originally hired in as a teller and have worked as a Personal Banker, Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, AVP of Deposit Operations and Branch Administrator through my career at Charter. I have been a key person on the Acquisition and Conversion team for three FDIC receivership acquisitions and four merger acquisitions from 1999 until present.
