This job requires supervision of staff, directing the Fontana Summer Arts Camp, and directing L.E.A.P. (Leading Educational Arts Program).This position also requires creating lesson plans, assigning schedules, communicating with the Fontana After School Program about future L.E.A.P. visits and preparing them for art projects. Each year, a L.E.A.P. Artist Showcase and Teen Talent Show is organized by the Senior CSA for the community to enjoy. Elementary school students are given the opportunity to showcase the artwork they created during the school year with L.E.A.P., and middle school students sign up for the talent portion of the show.
