  Partnered with Clinical Director for start-up, development and ongoing clinical supervision and management of 3 ambulatory programs: Community Re-Entry Program, Clubhouse (Structured Day Program) and the MossRehab Community Residence (Group Community Living Program), including: • Staff Development and Clinical Supervision- Responsible for recruiting, hiring, orienting and training, conducting weekly & monthly staff meetings, program evaluation & ongoing supervision of staff of 30. • Administration- Performed admissions management, clinical intakes, client financial clearances and agreements, clinical productivity management, and supervision of scheduling and billing process. Developed policy and procedure manual for the 3 programs. Established documentation protocols, with electronic systems to streamline clinical documentation. Responsible for yearly quality assurance to insure compliance with policies, procedures and guidelines of various accrediting agencies.
