I referred Cyndi to a new client of mine after discovering a critical need for managed care contracting and enrollment services. The surgeons were relocating to Nashville and utilizing an inexperienced individual, leaving their contracts and applications in complete disarray. Without a quick intervention, they were faced with losing hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue. Cyndi stepped in with her superb knowledge and expertise-expediting the contracting process-allowing the surgeons to see patients when their practice opened (only a few weeks later).
