I assist the treasurer with money counts, weekly deposits, collection of bank bags, and all check requests when needed as her position is voluntary and she is not able to make it to the bank every week.       My position required me to access the time clock and see who is there each day. I checked the time clock and fixed the employee’s time each time they had a problem with it. I did all the shipping orders going out which include: figuring out the prices that the distributors would have to pay for the product, confirming the order back to the buyer, and then making sure the orders were ready to go out on time. I keyed in all the information into spread sheets off of Excel, and use Microsoft Word to type letters and make labels, and also used Power Point for presentations of our product. I would have to key in all the amounts of product we used each day so we could figure the product cost up.
