At the age of 19, Cutter Martin was the founding Weather Anchor of Daybreak Weekend; the only weekend-morning show on the South Plains! His roles each weekend include producing and airing a variety of weather graphics to tell a unique weather story. In addition, Cutter contributes to all weather-related social media platforms and manages several KCBD-affiliated 'social accounts'​. Cutter has been presented with several unique opportunities while at NewsChannel 11 including overseeing a WSI MAX conversion, producing news graphics through WSI software, increasing the First Alert Forecast team's social media presence.
