Curtis was the definition of a perfect SCRUM master from the eyes of the developers. Every story came with a well thought out description in addition to clear and concise acceptance criteria. He was always willing to handle the tough conversations with business partners, and clearing any road blocks we had in a timely fashion. The level of care in the SCRUM process shows as we switched management platforms from Jira to Azure DevOps where Curtis routinely spent nights and weekends tweaking the application to be more efficient for the team. Outside the realm of work itself, Curtis has continuously shown himself to be a caring, thoughtful and genuine peer. I would be more than happy to work with Curtis again in the future.
