Initiatives included: • Model United Nations, NJ Youth & Government and County Youth & Government programs • A $415k funded physical activity program in conjunction with Campbell Soup Company’s Hunger & Obesity Initiative that reduced students’ behavioral incidents, and became a model for a teachers’ Train the Trainer program • Soccer for Success Program • Programming in five public parks in the City of Camden through private and public funding • Development and supervision of 32 Teen Programs and outreach activities • Implemented a GED and Life/Social Skills Program which improved graduation rates of at-risk young adults through $195k in funding from County Freeholders • Implemented $110k William Penn Foundation initiative to serve 200 children with watershed education Show less
