Curtis is truly an advocate for the agriculture industry. As Ag Literacy Coordinator for DuPage County, he had an understanding of his core audience and was able to create and implement programs to effectively reach them. He was also a great resource to me as an fellow Ag Literacy Coordinator, always willing to provide advice and guidance.

Doug Corella

I have known Curtis for over eight years and have admired the work he has done in the Farm Bureau and as a teacher. He is passionate about his work and is professional, organized and has a great work ethic. Well liked by his friends and colleagues, I see no reservations what so ever. Sincerely, Doug Corella Teacher, Chicago Noble Network of Charter Schools

The curriculum that we develop satisfies a number of customer training needs within the defense industry and private sector. From the development of a single course of instruction to an overall training program that facilitates the birth of new defense programs the e-Media and Training Group has the capability to deliver. The e-Media and Training Group provides the knowledge and skills to perform the tasks associated with a job. In order to accomplish the aforementioned it is imperative to apply a process. In many instances it is the customer who prescribes the process. Our defense customers use the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) or the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) process. Both processes are very similar in nature and have five distinct steps for developing training products. Those steps are: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE). For the customer who does not require all of the detail we can and do develop curriculum in contractor format (tailored SAT/ISD processes). * Build course content for Transportation Security Administration (TSA) training / instructional programs implemented in 500+ public and private U.S. airport facilities that impacts tens of thousands of Transportation Security Officer (TSO)s * Determine course content and student learning objectives * Prepare course syllabi, lesson plans, student manuals, and instructor guides * Design and reformat instructional publications to match up-to-date policies and SOPs * Enter, monitor, and test data for online course and classroom evaluation as well as blended learning programs * Develop instructional deliverables using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model * Evaluate Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) and Instructor Led Training (ILT) materials and procedures and make / recommend revisions to ensure that courses reflect changes Show less
