As a CPATT Team Leader, I deployed with Curtis and nine others from the embassy compound to the Shatt al Arab FOB in Basrah where we lived with the British Army and worked with the local police leaders. Curtis was a hard working detail oriented person who not only did his job well, but he was a pace setter for many of the other team members. He is a dependable man of honor and professionalism.
