• Tracks GFE/GFP, and durable equipment on multiple government Hand Receipts • Keeps accountability for equipment within office cubicles and Software Labs • Utilizes AESIP to research LIN’s, NSN’s, etc. for Turn-In and the FOI Gains process • Conducts Quarterly Sensitive inventories and audits for Hand Receipt accountability • Conducts Annual 100% inventory audits for government Primary Hand Receipt Holders • Updates GFE DA Form 2062s and Property Passes for all equipment, as needed • Generates approximately 50+ PBO transactions on a weekly basis • Submits DA Form 2765s for GFE Turn-Ins and FOI Gains, for further PBO processing • Generates Remedy system tickets to G-6 representatives/liaisons for new issue laptops • Scheduling and orchestrating of GFE pick-ups from G-6, for new issue laptops and associated laptop hardware • Proficiently creates seating arrangements for all new hires and incoming Contractor/Government personnel for entire SEC Division/Branch • Directly supports CECOM-SEC-WIN-T , CECOM-SEC-CND, CECOM-SEC-MCD
