Drove more than $76,500 in sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge. From the moment the customers walked through the doors I was immediately greeting them and welcoming them in. I would inform them of our current deals and encourage them to try any of the samples located in the store. Most of the time I would help to curate the perfect bundle of products for the customer as a gift or even for their own tasting. When accurately processing sales, returns, and exchanges, I would utilize the Shopify Point of Sale system. Continually I would have to respond timely and professionally with a valid answer or solution to address any customer concerns and complaints. Whilst performing these primary duties, I would consistently collect sales data for the current day and transpose this data into a more user-friendly environment. After collecting an abundance of this data I have been able to make descriptive diagrams and charts to better understand and predict sales for future periods. Show less

Managed the sales stand for “Pick Your Own Strawberries” and “Pick Your Own Blueberries”. For both of these stands, I would sell different size baskets to customers who wanted to pick as many berries as they could to fill their baskets. With the Strawberry stands I would not only sell the baskets but I was also responsible for maintaining the field. Maintaining the field consisted of showing people where the best places to pick so they would not be picking too close to other people. With the blueberry stands, whenever I was not selling baskets I would go out in the blueberry patch to pick blueberries and package them for the larger part of the farm stand to sell. For both the Strawberry and Blueberry positions I was always interacting with customers to answer questions and help them where I could. Show less

Improved process of unloading all of the products off of the GM trucks. Organized all the products by the department they belong to. Following, I would bring the products to the sales floor where I would place the products in the corresponding location in the store.
