Design/Architect/Program new Enterprise EDI solution and Disaster Recovery to reduce costs, increase data through put, increase data integration with target systems, reduce errors within EDI and within the EDI target systems. Stopped the failures that lead to customer complaints, slashed the extreme costs of support from 80% to less than 20%. This was accomplished by changing a mindset that had developed within the EDI Team over multiple EDI leaders. This new mindset now looks at ways to a better job, and reuse what is in place if at all possible while delivering a superior quality product that does not require constant support.• Slashed costs but reducing number of EDI Translator Applications. This reduced the number of servers, software maintenance fees, support hours, and complexity, which also reduced down time.• Architected/Designed/Built New EDI system that would work with multiple back end applications without having multiple maps per customer per applications. Direct integration of EDI to back end systems resulting in over 90% reduction in error processing on the back end system.• Leader and Chair Person for IT Management Team (ITMT), Creating Agenda, scheduling and leading meetings and discussions. Working directly with the CIO for the direction of IT the Management Team.• Co-author of Incident Priority Matrix for IT Enterprise, defining priority ticket criteria.
