This role provided decision support to the CFO and Board with extensive profit and loss and cashflow forecasting to assist the management team in strategic decision making. During my tenure, I implemented working capital improvement initiatives and streamlined the R&D and income tax process resulting in an earlier lodgment compared to prior years.
