Often the term mentor is over used. Curt Hilliard is the exception to this term. I had the luxury to work with Curt over many years and several business. The most recent was our time at Culligan International. Curt was a proven Executive Leader that worked diligently to ensure growth platforms methodologies were ingrained in the construct of the teams. His dynamic mapping of scope ensured the Board of Directors had a right leader and in place to deliver the committed results month over month. He mentored, protected and excited his team to deliver high performance all while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. I am proud that I had a leader such as Curt that help me develop and both a leader and person. To this day, I know I can call at a moment’s notice to seek his guidance to help me to continue to achieve.
