The management of IT operations and strategies; fostering creativity and innovation essential for the success of the business. Organising and communicating changes, this involves engaging employees to foster a committed workforce that is accepting of change. In this post, I make recommendations for the improvement of existing infrastructure which is benchmarked and analysed against best practise. I manage the development, deployment, monitoring, , and the support of all IT systems. A key part of the role is to negotiate and administer vendor, outsourcer, and consultant contracts and service agreements. I also work closely with compliance and finance regarding implementation of PCI and GDPR regulations.
