   To provide full technical support, test equipment set up and maintains the test equipment, Implement preventive maintenance and safety programs.  Manage and maintain the test equipment for In-circuit & functional test.  To maximize the testers uptime and minimizes the downtime.  To lead a team of Technicians in testers set up, trouble shooting and training. Ensure daily job allocation for the technical support staff. Interface with technical support group to ensure testers set-up on time for production run.  To generate analysis data for the test equipment capabilities.  To control and maintain the test equipment spare parts and keeps the expenses in minimal level.  Monitor the test equipment quality yield through the productivity programs taking any appropriate actions where and when required.  To ensure necessary hardware and software for the volume product fulfils product specification and customer application  Create testing procedure, test and verify the features and functionality of the product. Possess good circuit analyzing and problem solving skills.  Executing GRR. Maintain different Test Machine and their softwares configurations. Analysis and repair of defective POPs from production line. Analysis of the Blackberry PCB Board by the help of Schematic diagram. Study the flow of Schematic diagram and use DMM(Digital Multimeter) & Oscilloscope for analysis. Feedback critical issues on related departments in real time, for corrective actions and solutions; for process and quality improvement. Logging in customer’s database and global manufacturing system in real time. Use X-Ray Machine for checking the pads of the different electronic components.
