  - Contribution to GAF (Garden Arena Fair, est. 7,800 m2 for 11 DIY brands) potential TO of USD 10-20M, budget USD 20K, lead-time 2 months. - Build up the data for scanning barcode system. - Supporting and advising for organization and decoration of samples from Vietnam and importing ones from China, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, Thailand, etc... - In charge of procedures and following up the importing samples via sea and air in South East Asia and India, especially 5 consolidation containers of China samples. - During the GAF, accompany with buyers, shareholders, and coordinators for visiting the fair, selection and modification the samples, negotiation the prices. - Taking them for visiting Arena supplier’s factories for more understanding and trusting among of us. - Following up the modification samples with Quality Department. - Arrangement the consolidation sample shipments for Europe exhibition. - Working on the purchasing orders with suppliers for pro-forma invoice. - Following up the payment term for suppliers such as L/C, D/P, T/T... - Updating all of PO into Arena system. - Supervision and pushing the production planning department of supplier’s factories. - Organization of the schedule inspection for QC and QS. - In charge of logistics and managing all of shipments from South East Asia and India to Europe. - Reporting the turnover to Head Office in Europe monthly. - Negotiation, discussion and solving the production claims.   - In charge of managing Tote Department of the Join venture between Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism and Thien Ma Company Limited that was the only horse racing club with modern system in Vietnam, turnover 3.3M per year.- Recruitment, training and examination for Tote Departments’ employees (250 staffs of full and part time).- Assignment of works for the staffs based on the turnover of each area (13 areas).- Supervision and evaluation the sales per area per machine for the reporting of the problems and providing the solution when the turnover goes down.- Re-training for the staffs if it is needed.- Organization the training planning for whole staffs when we have updated the new software into the system.- Preparation the payroll monthly and labor contracts for whole staffs.- Being present at the office 2 hours early for checking everything together with the other Departments to make sure that everything is ok. If there is any occurring problem, it shall be solved immediately before the show.- Managing the operation days.- Solving the problems is incident happening.- Solving the important problems of customer complaints.- Monitor whole areas, and supervision at the control room.- Checking the turnover reports in the end of the day and comparison with the Account and Tax Department.- Reporting about the efficiency issues and discussion about the solution with manager.- Supporting the manager for controlling the Administration, HR, Server room (HCM-VUNGTAU), and Camera & Photo finish, etc...
