Throughout I was responsible for all day to day operations – asset management, leasing, property management, and construction/development. • 1989 to 1992 Crocker & Company, a private company doing ground up development JVs with TIAA. • 1992 to 1996 Crocker Realty Trust, a public REIT grown from nothing to approximately 6 million square feet across the southeastern United States. Sold to Highwoods Properties in 1996. • 1996 to 2000 Crocker Realty Trust, a private REIT with financial partners Morgan Stanley, Fidelity Investment, and Apollo Real Estate Advisors grown from nothing to 7 million square feet. • 2000 to 2002 Koger Equity, a public REIT with 20 million square feet located in the southeastern United States, and Texas.
