Developed web site using PHP, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, and HTML with a Mysql database. The Mysql database tables house all customer, product, and purchase data. Users may learn about products and order them through the web site using various ordering methods including ordering products one by one via a shopping cart, using a quick entry page for most frequently needed items, and placing entire previous orders again with the option of modifying those orders. Users may view, maintain, and track outstanding and previously completed orders. They may also get FedEx shipment tracking and proof of delivery images. Customers can also order directly from a list of their formulary items and manage their formulary. Customers who are set up for the service can utilize a “punchout” order page. Customers were given an order approval interface. Accounting was also given an order approval interface. Administrators may perform order maintenance, edit account information, etc. Sales representatives may view sales history for their accounts in various ways, track their personal performance, and submit sales quotes for customers. Operations employees were given warehouse statistics pages, inventory adjustments pages, and vendor returns pages among other interfaces. This is a fully functional web site for e-commerce sales and administrative duties. Provided full technical support for consumer and salesperson web sites. Business on this web site has increased rapidly and rivals that of much larger medical supply companies in the United States.
