The Native TANF Program is Social Service Program for Native People. It is a cash assistance program that also provides supportive services.I provide Career Development services for the clients which include but are not limited to Job developing, job search, job prep, employment workshops such as resume writing and interviewing skills. I am able to provide the clients the information and knowledge through assessments in order to determine their personality types and interest in order to make decisions for their future career path.I have served as the Career Manager for more than a year and supervised 8 employees. I am currently the senior Job Developer at this time.I am an advocate for Domestic Violence and am able to help the clients find the necessary resources in order to obtain information that may need.
