Digital Innovation Lead
-
Feb 2017 - Feb 2018
Fixed term project: First we had to establish the Innovation Network by talking to all major stakeholders in the regions and establishing a committee to keep track of everything. Then I managed a $1m budget, a small team and the network to establish a digital innovation process within a traditional, highly complex organisation in the healthcare industry. We ran projects through that process to prove that it worked and was able to meet the customers needs.
