I had the pleasure of working with Cody Langford for two years at Leggett and Platt Marketing and Creative. Cody was my supervisor during that time, and managed the entire 3D Department on top of his daily duties as an Art Director and designer. Cody is a well organized self starter with a superb eye for detail. As our supervisor, Cody was able to keep on top of quality control, helped empower and challenge us, and ensured that production moved along in an efficient manner for dozens of active projects - each of which had its own set of clients. Whenever met with a challenge, Cody maintains and promotes a positive attitude among his peers. He is helpful, resourceful, and can own a task from start to finish. He can work well independently, or offer support as part of a collaborative environment. I would like to hope that I can work with Cody again in the future. He is a great manager, employee, and a genuinely good man. He will provide a valuable asset to any business that values intelligence and hard work.

I have had the pleasure of working with Cody over the last six years, often relying on his interpretive skills to take a complex exhibit design that existed only in my imagination to get a concept that could be reviewed. Cody has a unique talent for working collaboratively on campaigns and designs to get the best result for the client. He has a keen eye for good design and has been behind the design development of multiple brands. Cody is able to to accurately edit according to client feedback when necessary and has a positive perspective when doing so. Cody will be very missed as a key member of our team and will be a great addition to whatever new team is lucky enough to have him.
