I had the pleasure of working alongside Caroline while she served as both a Partner Services Associate and Digital Marketing Strategist at EAB. We worked on several projects together, and she helped me achieve my goals in so many ways. She is extremely goal oriented and works hard to timely achieve the set targets. Her ability to juggle multiple projects is unlike any I’ve seen before. She is also intelligent, thorough, and has a great eye for details. I have always been in awe of her ability to anticipate problems before they arise, come up with probable solutions and get people on board with implementation. As a team member or a leader, Caroline earns my highest recommendation.

I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside Caroline Kirby for a Capstone Project involving front and back - end design of an app called CUED-in. Through each stage of the project, she took initiative while balancing many tasks, and allocated her time very well. Working with students from a completely different major, she was very open minded and approachable, which significantly benefited our group dynamic and aided in communication of ideas. Caroline is very good at helping others to feel welcome and accepted. At the close of our project, she had successfully completed all of the tasks she had been given, on time and in their entirety. Communication, promptness, and self motivation appeared to be some of her strong suites, especially during the early planning stages of our project. Therefore, I would recommend her to any workplace who is looking for a hard working, passionate, individual who brings people together. I believe that she is an essential asset to any team.
